We, at Scarlett's Closet, understand how important this purchase is to you and how nerve racking it can be to buy apparel online We want you to enjoy the confidence that when a gown does not work - for whatever reason - you may return it as long as it meets our conditions.
Our Conditions
Log in to your account to notify us within 24 hours of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, the dress is yours.
Your return must be authorized.
It must be received within 7 business days of the return authorization.
It must be received with tags on, in the original shipped condition.
Shipping and insurance is buyer's responsibility.
Your Options for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund
If your purchase complies with all our conditions, you have three options. You
may exchange merchandise for a comparably priced item. You can take a store credit equal to 100% of the purchase price on any dress.
Store credits must be used within 120 days.
No cash refunds on clearance dresses or any gown priced less than $100. If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.
Mothers dresses, evening dresses and party dresses priced at over $100 excluding shipping may be returned, with authorization, for a refund less 25% restocking fee.
Wedding gowns returned, with authorization, for a refund incur a restocking fee of 25% up to a value of $400 or $100, whichever is less.
There is no return on bridal shoes we order from the manufacturer on your behalf.
We do not authorize return of bridal and formal dresses if you delay calling or writing past 24 hours.Our website is available 24/7. You can log in to your account at any time within 24 hours of receipt of your dress to request authorization for a return.
We do not accept returns without authorization.
We do not accept returns with soil, wear, damage or alterations.
We do not accept returns that arrive past 7 days from authorization.
We do not refund shipping.
We want you to have the confidence that you can return a dress for any reason. At the same time, we must protect the integrity of our wedding dresses and evening wear for other buyers.
